Summer Time Country Style!

Happy Summer everyone!   When I think of summer, I think of.... rodeos, county fairs, lying in the grass looking up at the stars on a summer night, listening to the crickets, the aroma of fresh cut hay, the lather of a sweaty horse after a long ride.... the list goes on.  What are some of the things that you enjoy best about summer?

Country Music Artist is on Tour

Hey CSO!!  Country Music artist Terri Clark is on the road with her "Unplugged and Alone" Tour.  Mark your calendar for a great date night!  Terri will be in St. George, UT April 1, 2011 at the Dixie State College-Cox Auditorium 7:30 pm.

You may remember some of her hits.... 'Better Things To Do', 'When Boy Meets Girl', 'Girls Lie Too' and many more.  Seeing Terri live ourselves, she gives an energetic, full throttle, entertaining concert.  What better way to have fun on a Friday night than going to a Terri Clark concert!

Find Your Country Valentine!

It's Valentine month and we're making it a "sweetheart of a month" with a lot of fun, not to mention our Country Cupid game!  For those of you that have seen it before, it's back!  Also, we want to thank you for all of the kind comments.  We hope you are making the most of CSO and emailing as many members as you can.  We want YOU to be our next success story!

The latest....We just had a new member write in to us that they wanted to join as their neighbor was a past member and found his wife through CSO!  We feel very honored to have matched so many Cowboys and Country girls throughout the years.

Country Cupid....This is what it's about...

We are looking for a male age 18 and over that thinks he has what it takes to be our featured Wrangler.  Once the Wranger has been chosen, we select 5 contestants who we call the Wranglerettes.  Once the Wrangler and Wranglerettes are posted, the CSO viewers then choose their favorite match from the 5 contestants that they think would make the best match for our Wrangler by using our Poll.  The contestant with the most votes is the winner.  It's all in fun and the Wrangler and Wranglerette don't have to date, but each will get a free membership on CSO! A Country Romance for the New Year!!

Happy 2011 everyone!!!  With 2011 upon us, it is now time to look at our lives and set our priorities.  What is it that you want to accomplish this year?  Yes, there are always the same goals of losing weight, making more money, etc...etc...  Let's not forget one of the most important acts of helping one another.

One goal I have made this year is lose myself in helping others.  Yes, there are many things that I want to do in my life this year, but something I hope I can remember is to help those around me.  Is a neighbor in need, a friend having a hard time?  I hope I can be there to make their load a little lighter.

Also, don't forget to think about yourself.  Everyone needs to take a minute and see what it is in their life that they need.  Something that I think everyone needs in life is to know someone loves you.  It is so important to know of your family's love, but remember there is that special someone out there just waiting for the chance to meet you!  Let that Country Guy or Girl Lasso your heart this year. 

Make 2011 a year for a Country Romance!  We want YOU to be our next success story!
